Euphydryas cynthia, or Cynthia's fritillary, is a butterfly of the family Nymphalidae. It is found in the Alps and in mountainous areas of Bulgaria.
Description
The wingspan is 32–42 mm.

Biology
The larvae feed on Plantago species, including P. alpina, and Alchemilla species.
