Emma Weaver
Emma Weaver is a British television actress and voice actress. She provided the voice of Bella in Tweenies since 2000, taking over from Sally Preisig, The voice of Millie in Underground Ernie and also the voice of Mina in the British-Spanish animated series Jelly Jamm.
She played a housemaid in 1995 telefilm Daisies in December.
