Edward Nugent Leeson, 6th Earl of Milltown KP PC (I) (9 October 1835 – 30 May 1890) was an Anglo-Irish peer.

He was the second son of Joseph Leeson, 4th Earl of Milltown and his wife Barbara Meredyth, daughter of Sir Joshua Colles Meredyth, 8th Baronet, and widow of Eyre Coote, 3rd Baron Castle Coote. He was educated at Trinity College, Dublin. He married in 1871 Lady Geraldine Stanhope, daughter of Leicester Stanhope, 5th Earl of Harrington and Elizabeth Green, but had no issue. On his death the title passed to his brother Henry. Henry died a year after Edward and the title became dormant.

He was a member of the Inner Temple and was called to the Bar in 1862. In 1871 he became Earl of Milltown on the death of his elder brother Joseph Leeson, 5th Earl of Milltown, and on 23 August 1881 he was elected as an Irish representative peer, entitling him to a seat in the House of Lords. He was appointed Lord Lieutenant of Wicklow on 14 June 1887.[1] In 1889 he was appointed as an honorary Commissioner in lunacy.[2] He was made a Knight of the Order of St Patrick on 7 February 1890, shortly before his death.
