Eberechi Oluchi Eze (born 29 June 1998) is an English–Nigerian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Queens Park Rangers. Because Eze is of Nigerian ancestry[2] he has previously trained with Nigeria's national team.[3]
Club career
Queens Park Rangers
On 3 August 2016, Eze joined Championship side Queens Park Rangers on a one-year deal after a two-year spell with fellow London side Millwall.[4] In August 2018, Eze signed a three year deal, keeping him at QPR until the summer of 2021. [5] On 7 January 2017, Eze made his professional debut in an FA Cup tie against Blackburn Rovers, featuring for eighteen minutes before being replaced by Yeni N'Gbakoto due to an injury. The game resulted in a 2–1 home defeat for Eze's side.[6]
Wycombe Wanderers (loan)
On 30 August 2017 Eze signed for EFL League Two side Wycombe Wanderers on loan until January 2018.[7]
International career
On 5 October 2018, Eze was called up to the England U20 national team,[8] and on 11 October 2018 he made his debut in a 2–1 win against Italy U20 in the Under 20 Elite League.[9]
