Earnest Collins Jr. is an American college football coach. He is the head football coach at the University of Northern Colorado a position he had held since the 2011 season. Collins was the head football coach at Alcorn State University for the 2009 and 2010 seasons. In 2016, Collins signed a contract extension with Northern Colorado at an annual salary of $150,000 through 2021.[1]
