Dražen Anzulović (born 7 May 1967) is a Croatian professional basketball coach and former player, who currently coaches Croatia national team. His coaching career started after he got injured. As a coach he has made great successes with Cibona Zagreb from Croatia, Cedevita Zagreb from Croatia, Spirou Charleroi from Belgium and MKS Dąbrowa Górnicza from Poland. Also, he was 2 times assistant coach of Croatia men's national basketball team. First time in period of 2006–2009 and in that period Croatia national team qualified on 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing first time after 1992. Second time he was assistant coach in 2016 and in this period they won qualification tournament for Olympic games in Rio, and they won 5th place in that 2016 Summer Olympics.

Playing career

Anzulović spent most of his playing career in Cibona Zagreb. He won the Euroleague title as a player of Cibona Zagreb in 1986 with Drazen Petrovic on the team.

Coaching career

His coaching career started after he got injured. As a coach he has made great successes with Cibona Zagreb from Croatia, Cedevita Zagreb from Croatia, Spirou Charleroi from Belgium and MKS Dąbrowa Górnicza from Poland. Also, he was two times assistant coach of Croatia men's national basketball team. First time in period of 2006–2009 and in that period Croatia national team qualified on 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, first time after 1992. Second time he was the assistant coach in 2016 and in this period they won qualification tournament for 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio, and they won 5th place in that Summer Olympics.

On 28 November 2017 he signed with Chinese team Nanjing Monkey King. In April 2018 he left the Chinese team.

On 24 April 2018 he was named the head coach of Croatia national basketball team, after Ivica Skelin parted ways.
