Dadghan (Persian: دادغان, also Romanized as Dādghān; also known as Dādeqān, Dehghān, and Dehqān)[1] is a village in Bazarjan Rural District, in the Central District of Tafresh County, Markazi Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its existence was noted, but its population was not reported.[2]
