David Woobay
David Woobay (born in Moyamba, Moyamba District) is a Sierra Leonean politician from the opposition Sierra Leone People's Party (SLPP), who is currently serving as mayor and Council Chairman Moymaba Town. He was re-elected as Mayor and council chairman of Moyamba with about 84% of the vote in the 2008 Sierra Leone local elections. David Woobay is a member of the Mende ethnic group.
