David Wike (born April 20, 1969) is an American film and stage actor, writer, director and musician.
Personal
Wike was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1969. His brother, Mark Wike, is a music supervisor for film and TV and was the bass player in the indie rock band The Bogmen.
Career
Film writing and directing
Out There is a 2008 comedy film written and directed by David Wike. It stars Kevin Corrigan, Clea DuVall, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Xander Berkeley, Margo Martindale and Wike. Out There premiered at the SXSW Film Festival.
Stage
Wike played the role of "Joey" in the original production of The Dog Problem by David Rabe. It premiered at the Atlantic Theater Company in New York City.

Just saw his Law & Order episode and it was dated 2003, not 2001. Actually his Law & order episode aired 5/19/1999 the name of the episode was "Admissions" episode 22 of season 9 and he played Nick Pendergast unless he was brought back for another episode. IMBd says he was born in 1968.
