DXND (currently branded as Super Radyo DXND 90.1), is a news and music FM radio station owned by RGMA, a GMA Network Inc. subsidiary. The station’s studios is located at Infinity Suites, Consunji St., Iligan City while its transmitter is located at the 3rd floor Kimberly Bldg., A. Bonifacio corner I. Emilia Ave., Iligan City.
History
In 1998, the station was launched as 90.1 Campus Radio Iligan, playing Hot AC and OPM. In 2004, it was rebranded as 90.1 Wow FM Iligan, similar to its sister station 103.5 Wow FM Davao (now Barangay FM 103.5 Davao). In 2007, it was rebranded again back as 90.1 Campus Radio Iligan. On February 17, 2014, however, the station was reformatted as Super Radyo DXND 90.1 Iligan as a news and talk station. It is a relay station of Super Radyo DZBB 594 Manila, unlike other RGMA FM stations where they were rebranded as Barangay FM (except for Super Radyo DYRU 92.9 Kalibo which was reformatted as Barangay 92.9 Super Radyo Kalibo, a hybrid of Barangay FM and Super Radyo).
