Crystal Hayes (born September 25, 1984) Crowned Miss Michigan USA 2005, Hayes competed at Miss USA Live on NBC in Baltimore, Maryland, placing as a semi-finalist in 2005. After the pageant, Crystal worked as an actress, model, host, and spokesperson for over ten years. She has modeled for brands such as CoverGirl, Maserati, Whirlpool, Lexus, Transitions Lenses, Ford, and Wilhelmina, etc. Crystal's film career began when she was cast as a featured extra in her major full-length film by world-renowned director Michael Bay in 2010.

Since then, Crystal has most recently guest starred on a Television Series for "E" Network and an "Emmy Winning Series" on "HBO" alongside some of television's most successful actors in Hollywood airing Spring 2017. Throughout her career, Crystal has also been contacted by some of the industry's leading television programs including; CBS's Survivor, Amazing Race, Big Brother, As the World Turns, NBC's Fear Factor, MTV's Made, E Network's Catching Kelce, and FOX Network's Coupled by Mark Burnett.

Behind the camera, Crystal Hayes owned and operated her image consulting business, Image Is Design, LLC from 2005–2015. Mentoring and coaching new talent in the industry has given her a platform for making others' dreams come true. Her passion for the media and talent is what prompted her to move to Los Angeles. Her current project is TalentExchange, is an Interactive App & Television Series launching Winter 2017 which highlights her desire to see others become discovered for their talent and help give them a platform to thrive long-term. As the CEO of TRINITI ENTERTAINMENT, LLC located in Los Angeles, her goal is to bring quality talent, films and TV programs to the masses.
