Grote's sallow (Copivaleria grotei) is a species of moth of the family Noctuidae. It is found in eastern North America, including Ontario, Tennessee, New York and Maryland.
The wingspan is about 35 mm. Adults are on wing from April to May.
The larvae feed on Fraxinus species.
