Công An Nhân Dân Football Club (Vietnamese: Câu lạc bộ bóng đá Công An Nhân Dân) is a professional football club, based in Hà Nội, Vietnam, that plays in the V.League 2, the second tier of Vietnamese football.

On April 7, 2008, Lieutenant General Nguyen Khanh Toan - Permanent Deputy Minister of Public Security (Vietnam) signed Decision No. 375 / QD - BCA (X15) on the establishment of the People's Police Football Team [1] [2]
