Colby Village Elementary School (CVES) is a Canadian public elementary school located in the Colby Village area of Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia. It was first constructed in 1975. It holds grades Pre-primary-6. Colby students then move on to Astral Drive Junior High School and Auburn Drive High School. The school has around 180 students with a morning, lunch and after school program. Its colors are black and yellow, and its mascot is a penguin in reference to the Pittsburgh Penguin's captain, Sidney Crosby, who attended Colby Village Elementary, as a child.
