Christopher Hugh Howard (born February 27, 1966 in San Diego California) is a former Major League Baseball catcher who played for the Seattle Mariners (1991, 1993-1994).
Howard attended the University of Southwestern Louisiana, now the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He was the Ragin' Cajuns' catcher.
Howard is now the head coach of the Pennsylvania College of Technology baseball in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. 2011 marked his fifth season as head coach.
