Chondrostoma prespense is a species of ray-finned fish in the family Cyprinidae. It is endemic to the Prespa Lakes in Albania, Greece, and the Republic of Macedonia. Its natural habitats are rivers and freshwater lakes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
