Chismol

Chirmol is a common Central American cuisine or condiment topping on foods such as carne asada.

Chirmol is made of tomato, onion, bell pepper, radish, and cilantro, culantro herbs. It is seasoned with vinegar, lime juice, salt, black pepper. Modifications to the recipe exist depending on different regions of Central America.
