Chen Li (Chinese: 陳理), was the second and the last emperor of the Dahan (大漢 Great Han) regime, during the latter Mongol Yuan Dynasty, in China.
He reigned for two years from 1363–64 before forced to surrender to Zhu Yuanzhang. He was then created Marquis Guide (归德侯).
In 1372, he was sent to Korea and died there. According to Korean historical sources, Chen Li left no issue.
