The 5th constituency of the Charente-Maritime is a French legislative constituency in the Charente-Maritime department (Poitou-Charentes).

It consists of nine cantons located in the arrondissements of Rochefort and Saintes : Château-d'Oléron, Marennes, Royan-Ouest, Saint-Agnant, Saint-Pierre-d'Oléron, Saint-Porchaire, Saujon, Tonnay-Charente, La Tremblade
