Cautionary Tales is the third album from Australian singer songwriter Harmony James. This is the second time one of Harmony's albums has been nominated for CMAA Best Album to be announced January 2015. As Noel Mengel wrote in a review of Cautionary Tales. "You know straight off she’s not one of those country singers whose songs feel paint-by-numbers, merely facsimiles of how a country song should sound. Of course, she’s a writer, she hasn’t lived everything here. But she sings every word like she means it and these stories ring true. And what a voice to sing those words with – for my money, the best female singer to emerge in Australian country since Kasey Chambers".
