Casa Grande is one of the largest commercial real estate developers in India. It was founded by M. Arun Kumar in 2004 and is based in the Indian city of Chennai. Casa Grande has developed over 70 residential colonies in Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Vishakhapatnam and Pune.[3]

As of March 31, 2017, the Company had a 2.5 million square feet of leased retail and housing space across the country.[4][5]

Logistics

Casa Grande began its warehousing and industrial park business with the launch of a 100-acre project at Chennai in 2015.[6][7] Since then it has diversified into newer markets of Bangalore and Coimbatore. In 2018, it had raised Rs. 500 crore from investors to expand its logistics and warehousing business.[8]
