Caribbean Journal of Science

The Caribbean Journal of Science is a triannual peer-reviewed scientific journal publishing articles, research notes, and book reviews related to science in the Caribbean, with an emphasis on botany, zoology, ecology, conservation biology, geology, archaeology, and paleontology. The journal was established in 1961 with the sponsorship of the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez. It has had a website since 1995 and has released a digital version as a supplement to the printed journal since 1997.

Abstracting and indexing

The journal is abstracted and indexed in Biological Abstracts, Current Contents, Geological Abstracts, Science Citation Index Expanded, and The Zoological Record.
