Canada Harbour
Location of Canada Harbour in Newfoundland and Labrador

Canada Harbour is an abandoned outport community in Newfoundland and Labrador. It was a French station before 1857, settled by 1860 and abandoned in 1969-1970.

In the early 20th century, Canada Harbour had two small quarries, the marble was said to have been high-quality but none was ever shipped. Many people still revisit the outport community. Canada Harbour was established as a Catholic community, around the late 1920s, a church was built and was later named "Our Lady of Mount Carmel". A cemetery was built just south of the church in the woods. The church was relocated in 1969 and was moved to Englee, Newfoundland, it was floated by barge at a distance of about 2 1/2 miles to 3 miles. The church still stands today and has undergone some minor repairs over the years.

Censuses were taken in 1921 and 1945:
