The Cagayan Valley Rising Suns were a professional men's volleyball team. The team was owned by the family of Alvaro Antonio[1] (the incumbent governor[2] of the Province of Cagayan) and was managed[3] by his daughter,[4] Criselda Antonio (the incumbent mayor of Alcala, Cagayan and provincial sports coordinator[5] for the Province of Cagayan), herself, a former volleyball player.
