C.B. Geetha is an Indian politician who is currently serving as a municipal councillor of the Thrissur, Kerala, representing the Olarikara ward. She belongs to the Indian National Congress and is the General Secretary of the Thrissur District Congress Committee. She is the President of the Thrissur District Mahila Cooperative Society.

She is the daughter of veteran Congress leader, C. N. Balakrishnan who was the Kerala State Minister for Co-operation, Khadi and Village Industries under the Oommen Chandy Ministry. He became the representative in the Wadakkanchery constituency in Kerala after winning in the 2011 State Election.

C B Geetha, A versatile upcoming politician and social activist with few principle and purpose in her life. She follows her father's footstep C. N. Balakrishnan, Ex-Minister for Cooperative and Khadi village industry of Kerala, a senior congress leader, former Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee Tressurer & Thrissur District Congress Committee-President. From her college days onwards she has been associated with various NGO's as well as youth congress activities with responsibility of bringing improvisation, reach and help to the common peoples by adhering the social responsibilities . After completion of her degree in computers she stepped forward herself to bringing women empowerment into all reputed fields. For that she and her followers have introduced the first Mahila Service cooperative society service in Thrissur with an aim to help and enrich women's liberalisation, She is the President for the society as well as she serves as a General Secretary for Mahila Congress, Thrissur.

C B Geetha is followed by her two kids Daughter Preethi Naveen who is Married to Naveen Menon and have a Kid Pranav Krishna and a son Prateek Krishna who is doing his schooling at Global Public School Cochin
