The CAHDİ Party (abbr. XİSBİGA) (Somali: Cadalada, Horumarİnta, Dİmuqradİyada İyo İsqadarİnta; English: Justice and Development of Democracy and Self-Respectfulness Party) is a liberal party in Somalia.

The CAHDİ Party is an observer of the Liberal International and a member of the Africa Liberal Network, which is the main liberal network on the continent.

The party claims that it wishes to stabilize, reform and modernize Somalia into a modern liberal federal state. It has international representative offices in the UK, European Union and the United States of America.

Prof.Abdurahman Abdiqani Ibrahim is a Somali prominent politician, Professor and businessman he is founder of cahdi party Somalia and he is politician, economist and businessman.

Prof Abdurahman is also Somali business man he is a founder and owner Bile Holding Company BHC which is construction and contracting company BHC has different sectora and four subsidiary companies of different fields BHC works renewable energy energy mining and holding.

BHC has subsidiary companies Tawba General Trading Co., Tawakal holding and Bile Livestock export.

Tawakal is petroleum company under BHC.

Secretary general of cahdi party is Mohamed Mohamud Ibrahim, former Deputy prime minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Somalia. Khalif Mandella is finance officer of cahdi party.

Speaker of the party is Suldan Khalif Moumin Tohow and member of parliament of Hirshabelle state of Somalia.

Secretary of Women and Human rights is Madam Ismahan Abdirahman Bootaan.
