C.E. Theakstone (date of birth and death unknown) was an English first-class cricketer. All that seems to be known about Theakstone's early years was that he was Christened on 28 March 1812 in Marylebone; it can therefore be assumed 1812 was his birth year and that he was born in Marylebone.
Theakstone represented Hampshire, making his first-class debut in 1848 against an All-England Eleven. Theakstone played one further match for the county against the same opposition in 1849.
