The Brooks Tower is a 42 story residential building in downtown Denver, Colorado, United States. At the time of its construction in 1968, it was the tallest building in Denver, standing 420 feet (130 m). In 2010, it is the thirteenth-largest building in Denver. It was also Denver's first high-rise residential building. Brooks Tower was converted to condominiums in the 1990s.

Today it provides housing for business people and families. Located in downtown Denver the location of Brooks Tower provides easy walking access to all accommodations one may need. In addition, a convenience store is open 24/7 to residents and the building has secured entry.
