Blutarsky

A Blutarsky is a slang term for a 0.0 quarterback rating in an American football game, the lowest such rating possible in the National Football League.

Origin

The term is derived from National Lampoon's Animal House, in which John "Bluto" Blutarsky (played by John Belushi) has a 0.0 GPA.
