Bennett Flowers (June 15, 1927 – February 18, 2009) was a pitcher in Major League Baseball who played for four teams between 1951 and 1956. Listed at 6 ft 4 in (1.93 m), 195 lb (88 kg), he batted and threw right-handed. He was born in Wilson, North Carolina.

Flowers, a knuckleball pitcher, entered the majors with the Boston Red Sox, playing for them two years (1951, 1953) before joining the Detroit Tigers (1955), St. Louis Cardinals (1955–56) and Philadelphia Phillies (1956). His most productive season came for the 1953 Red Sox, when he posted career-highs in ERA (3.86), strikeouts (36), and innings pitched (8713) in 32 games, including six starts and one shutout, while recording all three of his career saves.

In a four-season career, Flowers posted a 3–7 record with a 4.49 ERA and three saves in 76 games, including 13 starts, one shutout, 31 games finished, and 16813 innings of work.
