Ben Carpenter

Ben Carpenter is an English stage actor who has performed in Europe and the United States.

Carpenter trained at a drama school in London and graduated in 2006. In 2006 he won the Best Actor award at the Dublin Theatre Festival.

He was in the production of Macbeth, directed by Rupert Goold and starring Patrick Stewart, which started at the Chichester Festival Theatre before going to the Gielgud Theatre, London and then to the Brooklyn Academy of Music, New York and the Lyceum Theatre, Broadway.

In the same year at Chichester he played Sebastian in Twelfth Night directed by Philip Franks and starring Patrick Stewart.

Other work includes French Without Tears with the English Touring Theatre and he performed in the 24 Hour Plays at the Old Vic Theatre in 2006.
