Founded in 1989 as School of Soccer Jorge Rolando Bauger by the Argentine Jorge Rolando Bauger. Jorge Rolando Bauger, was born in Argentina where he played Comodoro Rivadavia (Rio Negro), Racing de Avellaneda and Bartolomé Miter de Posadas (Misiones), and entered French football with Troyes Aube Football - TAF- and Dieppe FC.
