Battle of Gibraltar
The Battle of Gibraltar can refer to several historical events:
- Battle of Gibraltar (1607), a naval battle during the Eighty Years' War in which a Dutch fleet surprised and engaged a Spanish fleet anchored at the Bay of Gibraltar
- Battle of Gibraltar (1621), a naval battle during the Eighty Years' War when a Dutch East India Company fleet was intercepted and defeated by a Spanish fleet in the Strait of Gibraltar
- Battle of the Strait of Gibraltar, a naval battle of 1591 when a fleet of English merchant vessels were attacked by five Spanish galleys
- Capture of Gibraltar when an Anglo-Dutch fleet captured Gibraltar in August 1704 for the Grand Alliance during the War of the Spanish Succession
