Chedra microstigma is a moth of the family Batrachedridae. It was first described by Lord Walsingham in 1907. It is described from Oahu, but is possibly an immigrant.

The larvae feed on Cyperus laevigatus and Scirpus maritimus. They mine the leaves and bore the stems of their host plant.
