Back Bay Rugby Football Club competes in Southern California Rugby Football Union 2nd division. The club was founded in 1985 with the consolidation of two first division clubs, Irvine Coast and Newport Beach.
Fields
The Back Bay Rugby club practices at St. John the Baptist School in Costa Mesa for the 2018-19 season. League games are played at Peninsula Park, located on 1st Street in Newport Beach.
