Austrochaperina kosarek is a species of frog in the family Microhylidae. It is endemic to Kosarek, West Papua, Indonesia and is only known from one specimen found in 1979. It has not been well-studied but it may be widespread in suitable habitat. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.
