Solís Grande Creek is a Uruguayan river, crossing Lavalleja, Canelones and Maldonado Departments. It flows into the Río de la Plata, between the seaside resorts of Jaureguiberry and Solís. It is named after Spanish explorer Juan Díaz de Solís.
