Anne Lucas

Anne Shirley Lucas CBE (born c. 1951) is an Australian actress and scriptwriter, best known for her roles on television as Eve Turner (later Steele) in The Young Doctors and Faye Quin in Prisoner.

Producer and honours

  • She also wrote many episodes of Prisoner, the first season of which was produced by her husband Ian Bradley.
  • Most recently in her television writing career she worked as a script editor for Channel 7's Headland.
  • Anne was awarded a CBE, in 2005, for her work as a producer in the arts.

Presenter

  • Lucas also presented a children's television series in Hong Kong called Jumbleland in the early 1980s. The series was aired on TVB Pearl.
