Exhibitions and Art Projects

She has exhibited and sold her works of art both in Europe and the United States. Since 1990, Ana has been involved in several art projects and commissions and in particular her work has been acclaimed in the Netherlands, Germany, USA, UK, as well as in Spain.

Inspiration

Her inspiration is drawn from her love of nature and her interest in collecting broken pieces of phrases or sentences from newspaper articles and letters.

DOFINS

These precious findings, once mixed with collage and other textures, eventually become different tactile layers in her paintings whilst her sculptures become characters who escape from this previous landscape.

My inspiration is derived from everyday lives and animals that are the guides of characters, the bridge between reality and dreams blended with a universe of symbols. I begin to work with a basic idea that eventually transforms and shows me what the next step will be.
