An Altar Boy Named Speck

An Altar Boy Named Speck, also known as Speck the Altar Boy, is an American gag cartoon comic strip series. It was created by W. R. "Tut" LeBlanc in Abbeville, Louisiana, a self-taught artist. He drew the strip until his death in 1953. Margaret Ahern continued the Speck comic upon LeBlanc's death and drew it from 1954 to 1979.

The comic is about a mischievous, but lovable altar boy, who keeps getting into various kinds of trouble.
