Alwin Neuß

Alwin Neuß (17 June 1879 in Cologne – 30 October 1935 in Berlin) born Carl Alwin Heinrich Neuss, was a film director and German actor noted for playing Sherlock Holmes in a series of silent films during the 1910s.
