Altus (Mygdonia)

Altus (/ˈæltəs/ or /ˈɔːltəs/; Greek: Άλτός) was a fortress town in Mygdonia near Therma (later Thessalonica). The town is mentioned by Stephanus of Byzantium (s.v.) and Theagenes of Macedon.
