Alfred Lee Oglesby (born January 27, 1967 in Weimar, Texas, died September 26, 2009 in Houston, Texas) was a professional American football defensive end and defensive tackle in the National Football League. He played for the Miami Dolphins (1990–1992), the Green Bay Packers (1992), the New York Jets (1993–1995), and the Cincinnati Bengals (1995).

Biography Born in sealy Texas January 27th 1967. Growing up in Weimar Texas Alfred lettered in three sports eventually leading to a scholarship from the university of Houston. After multiple all American seasons in Houston Alfred was drafted to the 1990 Miami dolphins in the third round. Alfred would go on to play 6 season in the NFL before his Career was unexpectedly cut short. After football Alfred entered the world of finance where he was the CEO of ALO investments. On September 26th 2009 Alfred was pronounced dead. He is survived by a Wife Djuanna, and three kids His oldest son Alfred Brandon Oglesby is a decorated combat veteran of the Afghanistan war and military leader. Alfred’s second son Bryson Oglesby is a football player at Fresno State University
