Olieg Achrem (born as Aleh Akhrem on 12 March 1983) is a Belarusian volleyball player, who has Polish citizenship, a member of Belarus men's national volleyball team and Polish club Aluron Virtu Warta Zawiercie, Polish Champion (2012, 2013, 2015), Turkish Champion (2017).

Personal life

Olieg was born in Grodno. He obtained Polish citizenship on January 5, 2011 (he changed his name as a result)[1]. He is married to Natalia. They have two sons - Igor and Daniel (born January 20, 2011 in Poland).

Career

Clubs

He was one of the man player and then the captain of Polish club Asseco Resovia Rzeszów in 2009–2016[2]. Then he spent two seasons in Turkish clubs. With Halkbank Ankara he became 2017 Turkish champion. In May 2018 Achrem came back to Poland, to Aluron Virtu Warta Zawiercie[3].

He competed with the Belarus team at the 2013 Men's European Volleyball Championship.
