Akros oikogeneiakon

Akros oikogeneiakon (Άκρως Οικογενειακόν, literally meaning Extremely Family (Case)) is a popular Greek sitcom of ANT1, starring Giannis Bezos and Natalia Tsaliki.

The script was written by Panos Amarantidis and Rena Riga, and it was directed by Andreas Morfonios. It was aired for first time at the 2001-2 and 2002-3 seasons and it was highly viewed, that' s why it has been re-aired many times since then. In the series star also Antigoni Glykofrydi, Ilias Zervos, Sofia Olympiou, Faidra Drouka, Memos Mpegnis, Christos Spanos, Athanasia Gana, Marousa Strongyoglou, Ifigeneia Kaloutsa and Maria Galeta.

Plot

Alexandros Theotokatos (Giannis Bezos) lives in a luxury house in Ekali (a suburb of Athens) and is a father of four children and wealthy lawyer, not because of his juridical success, but as a result of the death of his father, of whom he was the heir of his lawyer office but also some more property belonging to his mother, Beba Theotokatou (Antigone Glykofrydi), who is a fan of card playing. Alexandros hails from Kefalonia and he constantly searches for the great case that will finally make him a well-known lawyer. His wife, Margarita Petridou-Theodoratou (Natalia Tsaliki), married him at a young age after meeting him at Thessaloniki, her hometown, without finishing her studies or obtaining the law diploma she pursued. Their biggest son, Aris (Memos Begnis), is also a Law student, who in reality wants to become a world-famous artist, as he is highly skilled at piano. Also, he is very popular among girls of his age and loves motorbikes. Ermis (Christos Spanos) and Afrodite (Marousa Strogyoglou) are the twins of the family, senior high school students who detest studying and have many teenage worries. Finally, the little daughter of the family, Lila (Ifigeneia Kaloutsa in the first season, Maria Kaleta in the second season) has the "gift" of getting everything and everyone in a mess, while she always has her little bunny with her. All these, in mixture with the extraordinary aunt Julia (Sofia Olympiou), aunt Hara (Faidra Drouka) and uncle Elias (Elias Zervos) give unique moments of laughter and family solidarity.
