Akhil Bharatiya Jan Sangh (अखिल भारतीय जनसंघ, All India Popular Union) is a Hindu nationalist political party in India.

The party claims to be the authentic Bharatiya Jan Sangh, which was the precursor of the Bharatiya Janata Party. The ABJS was founded by Balraj Madhok, a founding secretary and 9th National President of BJS, who had been expelled from that party in 1973 after he left the Janata Party in 1979. Madhok remains a leading figure in the ABJS.

This time the National President is (Dr.) Acharya Bharat Bhushan Pandey and General secretary of the ABJS is Sri Gopal Bhai Patel .

The ABJS presses for the rehabilitation of Kashmiri Pandits and the scrapping of Article 370 of the Indian Constitution.

In the 2014 Indian General Election, the ABJS did not win a single seat in the National Parliament.[1]
