Agnelo Rufino Gracias (born 30 July 1939 in Mombasa) is the Auxiliary Bishop of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Bombay. Gracias was appointed administrator of the diocese of Jalandhar in place of Bishop Franco Mulakkal. Archbishop of Bombay Oswald Cardinal Gracias, as president of the CBCI (Catholic Bishops' Conference of India) issued a statement announcing the appointment.
