Acronicta lepetita is a moth of the family Noctuidae. It is found in North America, including Texas.
The wingspan is 40–55 mm. Adults are on wing from April to September. There is one generation per year. The imago has a soft yellow color, with a soft yellow fore wing and a soft orange hind wing. The wings have a brown border and have brown camouflage spots.
The larvae feed on various plants.
