ALTERNATE aTTaX is the eSports team of the German mail order computer hardware company Alternate. The team was assembled in May 2003. The team was first presented at the Games Convention in 2003. ALTERNATE aTTax has currently squads for Counter-Strike, Counter-Strike: Source and Need for Speed. The FIFA squad was shut down in December 2006.

They upset GODSENT to qualify for ELeague Season 2.[1][2][3][4][5]

In June 2016 Florian 'syrsoN' Rische has been added to the ALTERNATE aTTaX roster.[6]
