AFL Women's Grand Final

The AFL Women's Grand Final is the premiership match of the AFL Women's (AFLW). The AFLW was founded in order to provide an elite sporting pathway for women in Australian rules football. The proposed women’s league was an idea formed by the Australian Football League after a report was commissioned into the state of women’s football around the country.[1] The Adelaide Crows won the inaugural premiership on Saturday 25 March 2017.[2]
